the eBay seller stated it was from the Hope and Wes Bisbing collection out of Utah...I purchased a few other chips all in very good condition...seller though it was Vegas Horsehoe but ? these chips seem uncirculated.

Not sure where horse-head mold was minted? possibly casino would be listed in their book.
