Well since you hitting the Union thing I'll throw in my thought:

The worst things about Unions aren't caused inherently by Unions, they are caused by . . . yes you guessed it the government.

If the government would leave the Unions to battle Management in a free maerket environment,good Unions would thrive, bad unions wouldn't.

A perfect example of the government inequity which is that it is illegal for an employer to refuse to hire union workers, however it is perfectly acceptable for a Union once it gets in to prevent anyone who is not a member of that Union from working.

In other word the government sanctions giving the Union the same control it already deemed to be abusive.
