Has anyone else noticed that web pages seem to take forever to load these days? Most websites seem to be just ads for multiple other sites and it takes forever for all of the ads to load and until they do you can't navigate on the site. Many times I get the notice that there is a long script running - have no idea what that is but there must be a way to stop it. I clear my cache regularly and even manually do a disc defragment. Plus restart the machine frequently so I have done everything I know how to do to speed things up. Am I missing something? Am I the only one with slow loading pages?
