There is an auction on eBay (not my auction) for an ashtray from the Milano Card Club Crockett, Ca. Glass Ashtray 1950's I couldn't find any related chips. The ashtray has a cool little crown logo that could have been used on chip - also a great stylized "M" so there maybe some unidentified chips floating around out there.
