Thursday Ann & I were married 60 years. Our off springs gave us a wonderful party. There were about 65 guests. I was going to tell this story to the entire attendance but never really got that chance. The party started to break about 4 pm. When it got to about 30 people ,I told this story.
Ann & I went to Las Vegas in June During the week we ate breakfast at Harrah's Buffet. After breakfast we went into the casino to find penny slots to our liking. Ann found a frog machine that she plays in Atlantic City. I just sat at the machine next to her that I knew nothing about. Put in $5 and played 20c at a spin. After playing some time I looked at my account to see it was $65. I decided to take the money & just watch Ann. I slid my chair close to her. She kept saying frog, frog. She said in AC you need two frogs to get the bonus ,Here you need 3. The next couple of spins she got 2 frogs & said frog,frog each time. I waited until she got 2 frogs & said Frog, frog & kissed her. The next time she got 2 frogs I repeated the frog,frog & kiss. On the 3rd time she leaned in for the kiss. I thought to myself that this is going good. After playing about a half hour more & never getting 3 frogs she quit. But I did not quit All day & all week I kept saying frog,frog & got a kiss no matter where we were. We brought the frog frog home with us. Yes ,there were kisses during my telling of the story
During this past week We watched a Quincy show on 29 in Phila. Q, asked people in his Audience If the world was going to end on Sunday And you knew it, what would you do on Saturday. There were many things said ,but this one made me laugh.A gentle man said "I would rob a bank" Quincy said "why" He said because I would only have to serve a few hours in prison. Ann asked me what I would do? My answer, frog ,frog
