I agree entirely

and have had the same discussions in the past to no avail.
I don't see how the MoGH has any right to claim copyright on anything provided by me.
If someone wants to use a scan on chipguide that I provided, then I am the only one that can give them consent to do so.

I get the point on why we are trying to protect usage as we are, but the wording is wrong.
I even obtained a legal opinion on this years ago, which I supplied to Eric, but it didn't go any further.
I'm not really sure the way around it although if the watermark just said MoGH without the copyright mark maybe that would work?

An ebay user SHOULD be using their own scans...
No question about it, but many use stock images
