My bank account is linked to my paypal, so when I have a 0 balance, I can always send money thru paypal and it comes out of my bank account. I sent a few dollars a couple weeks ago for a chip, O balance, but it was a direct transfer from my banks as always, no problem. I sent money on Friday, but it went as a echeck to the party, which wont clear for him for 3-5 business days. Here in Hawthorne we don't have mail delivery, we go to the postoffice to get mail, that's why I have a PO Box. All my bank accounts have my mailing address, which is my PO Box.

I called PayPal and was told, because of my PO Box, and having a O balance, when sending money like that, that it may go out as a direct payment transfer from my bank account OR as a echeck....its done on a case by case basis....I guess this rule has always been on the books for accounts with a PO Box but now security is going to enforce it....again, on a case by case basis....
