Shown below are views of some of the flowers, plants and other items that you can find at the "Birl Compound" in Oak Orchard, Delaware. The Sun flower in the first scan was a rogue that sprouted up unplanned - but we embraced it anyway. The rest of the flowers were planned - not as exotic as John B's Orchids - but pretty nice. My wife Nancy handles all the foliage with a little help from me. I usually have a knack for pulling up the flowers instead of the weeds - so I am generally banned from tending the plants !!
My specialty is hardscaping - rocks, stones and water features !!
