Hi Fred when I go to car shows I see those dancer swamp coolers the round cylinder is it hanging on the window of the driver side you've put ice and water in there and the Fan would stir around and cool the car down also they were canvas desert water bags to keep the Radiatorcool .....thank you for the good story kids today have no idea what you went through
