There are absolutely still illegal clubs in Idaho, where all table games, including poker, are still illegal. Clubs used to exist until fairly recently in Washington and Oregon, but I think the plethora of legalized gambling in those states took away all the business, and I don't know of any now existing. Montana still has a few illegal games sprinkled around the state, but with only 800,000 people in a state that size, they are extremely few & far between.
