I was told some time ago from one of the printers, that they package & send them out in batches starting with First Class then Bulk alphabetically. HOWEVER, since these are being delivered by our revered USPS, there's no telling what the issue might be. I would always be one of the last to receive my magazine for some reason...thought it was because of living on the west coast, but who knows. Like I said, there's no rhyme or reason when it comes to the USPS.
