know what is going on

I went to the URL you posted and saw the scan of the supposed 2015 (P) American Eagle.

I "saved as" to my desktop, Photoshop it so I can see the certification number on the Reverse - 271924.71/22471241.

Went to the PCGS website, to the population report (POP REPORT)- http://www.pcgs.com/pop/detail.aspx?c=939

It does NOT show any (Mint State) 2015 American Eagle struck at Philadelphia as being GRADED. For grading purposes Mint state = MS, Proof = PF

They do show other years with struck at....
