I don't recall if anyone has posted this but these are the new rack chips at Jack Binnions Horseshoe in Hammond, IN. This is the old Empress property that he bought a few years ago. I have the chips shown available for: $1 chip for $2.50, $2.50 chip for $4, $5 chip for $7 or all three for $13. All prices are postage paid.
