Illegal Gambling History

For those of you interested in illegal gambling, my new book entitled Al Capone’s Beer Wars: A Complete History of Organized Crime in Chicago during Prohibition was just released by the publisher (Prometheus Books). As the title states, it is a complete history of organized crime in Chicago during the Dry Era. All the bootlegging gangs and the gang wars are covered, as well as all the other major rackets. It contains details on the evolution of gambling from long before Prohibition through 1933. It’s listed on Amazon with a full description and some initial reviews. Here is the link to the Amazon page:

The book can be purchased from any internet or standard bookseller.
Thanks, John Binder.
