I've been to China and Malaysia. WOW! The Industrial SMOG polluting is bad!
I think Los Angeles clean up it's Smog outstandingly!
In my Hawaii, there is a law against open trash fire burning!
Most of the street drains have bags that screen and block trash from entering and flowing to our ocean.
