Does Android have something like windows task manager where you can see what process is slowing up your machine? My tablet runs so slow lately that it is almost useless. And all I use it for is an e-reader so it is not like I am running lots of programs. I have managed to clear the cache and close all of the programs except internet and the e-reader but that has not helped a lot. Any ideas on how to speed it up?
