I bought a watch on ebay that has a "real" roulette wheel in it for under $10...and it has lasted me over 3 years, even though the watch battery costs more than the watch itself. I can't see how these could have chips of any kind, I would think this is a paper/plastic photo. i am more concerned that the seller is new.
