¶ question: I am trying to submit a postcard to the ChipGuide, but it has 743,539 bytes, and maximum allowed for submission is 512,000 bytes. How can I reduce it to under 512,000?
¶ I have an Epson scanner (Epson XP-430 series), Graphic Converter picture editor (9.2.1 (1625)), and Mac (OS X Yosemite 10.10.5)
