Vegas has a ton of local casinos besides the strip and downtown but if you just want to travel there is Primm with three casinos about 30 miles south of town. there is Mesquite with three casinos about 90 miles north and Laughlin about 90 miles southeast and Pharump about 90miles southwest of town.
