with the seller. He has taken better pictures now. One of the pictures shows a small hole on the outer rim. I told him I expect this is a jewelry piece and not a token at all. It does not say 14KT or 24KT so I am reluctant to even say gold plated.

Nice guy though and if you know any more about the piece he is open for info.
