Some disagreement on the Clover Chip
In Response To: Re: New acquisitions ()

It has been listed in the Chip Rack as a Harrah's roulette since I started collecting chips. I found a couple of them in a bunch of Gerogre's Gateway chips that I picked up in Oroville - where George's relatives lived - about 25 years ago. Westin posted an undated photo some time back that showed a stack of them on a roulette table in Harvey's. I suspect that they may have been used at all three places since they had the little place next to Harvey's in common. I had only seen the red one for a very long time but recently picked up a white and a blue. I think a yellow one was up for sale a long time back - maybe 15 years ago - but I have not seen one.

This is what the Chip Guide says:
Issued: 1946
Color: RED
Inserts: None
Mold: SM-KEY
Inlay: HS-GOLD
Logo: Clover
Catalog#: TCR# N7509.rd
