The $5 commemorative with the 50 Years verbiage on it is a new chip added to the fleet that is celebrating the golden anniversary. The other $5 is a LE touting an shipboard entertainment venue exclusive to the Breakaway. Reverse side usually features some hot band or spectacular act appearing on board.
As far as the $1 chip, it's part of the new $1 house chips being put in play on all Norwegian ships. There is also a $5 with the same face information as the $1. These chips have been out for a while and are being replaced as necessary.
