What is a Google Doc? Is it some kind of attachment to the email? Is it a document with an extension of .doc? Is it always sent by someone with a gmail address?

I sometimes use the Google browser and I use the Google search but otherwise am not a Google customer. Am I at risk?

I tried Googling "google doc" but am put into some kind of an application that appears to involve Twitter. There is mention of "Google Docs" there. I know nothing about Twitter except I read that Donald Trump is using it to send political messages to the world.
