It works well, but it's mostly just TSP - something that you can get more cheaply at your local hardware store or through Amazon. I've used both TSP and sodium metasillicate (a non-phosphate version for those that care about such things) and both work well as a cleaning solution provided you have an appropriate agitator/scrubber. I use an ultrasonic to blast the grime off...works quite well.
