.......was always a top notch guy -a very kind and friendly man who had a real passion for his chip collecting hobby. When Bill got a chip, he always made sure it was in the best possible condition he could find - he took such great pride in his chip collection. We were fellow officers in the A C Casino Collectibles Club back in the mid 1990s - Bill was the Club Treasurer and I was the Club Secretary at that time. I always enjoyed talking to Bill about his chips and his family.

I visited Bill several times at his home in Barnegat, New Jersey over the years and I always enjoyed the time we spent together. I also had the pleasure of meeting his wife Marty - a very kind and caring person, who took exceptional care of Bill. Bill had a long and agonizing battle with brain cancer over the last five years and now his struggle is over and he can finally rest in peace.

We have lost another friend and fellow collector - but I will always have fond memories of the time I spent with Bill.

My deepest condolences go out to Marty and the rest of Bill's family.
