I have noticed that this Renochip person has been bidding on everything. He usually waits for someone to make the opening bid, and he makes a high second bid which is so high that he knocks every other bidder out. Then he can get it for the next higher increment..

Sometimes he waits for the auction to end and then makes a bid just before it closes.
