Mike, remember, this is an ivory chip. Any dirt is stuck in the grooves. I used an actual dentist's pick.

All I did was run the pick through each carved line. One pass cleaned out each carved line perfectly.

Although most say value is not added, I tend to disagree. Value is added in that Some will pass on the dirty chip but buy the cleaned one.

Am I tricking the buyer? Actually I'm giving the buying a better idea of what they are purchasing.

One reason I collect chips and not coins is to, as Dick would say, play with my chips.
