when I scan chips, if I don't put anything in the background I get a black background. SO I put a sheet of paper over the chip, but this leads to an off-white background.

I have an image which I need to have an all white background, but I don't have software that will chnage it for me.

Is there anyone out there who can clean this image up for me?
