The California Guide lists the Palomar $50 chip as pink/3 green. Are there maybe two versions? The Chip Guide shows 6 edge inserts as your picture does, so maybe Armin has a typo?

I assume the spelling in the Subject of your post was an error... Plaomar rather than Palomar? This probably has nothing to do with the number of edge inserts on the chip, though.
