I've been organizing the chips I brought home this weekend from the Ohio show and I have a question or two - any information would be welcome.

[1] Aside from poor manufacture, what is the story on this chip?

I was aware of the grey and blue chips, but had not previously seen the green one...

... are there other colors?

[2] What do we know about these chips?

I did ChipGuide searches on "White House" and "Shazikou" and came up empty.

[3] Was this chip ever used in live play in a California card club?
