My father worked at the Silver City Casino in Las Vegas in the 1970's and was given a $500 chip attached to a money clip. (pictures attached) to commemorate the casino's fourth anniversary. I know that the chip itself is rare. My question is as follows: Is it more valuable as is or should the chip be removed from the clip? Any input will be appreciated.
