I did some research on this chip about 15 years ago when there was discussion of whether it represented American Broadcasting Co or American Bowling Congress (which often held tournaments and conventions in Nevada). I put some network logos on the chip scan to help make the case for the network. This particular chip also had "Winners Circle" on the reverse which another school of thought said must make it a bowling chip. I don't think so, though. My guess is that the Winners Circle wording probably related to popular programs that ABC broadcast but I couldn't find any other mention of that term. Now, 15 years later, I can Google up several, although some usage of the phrase seems to derive from the Winners Circle at the end of a horse race.
