The more I look at this, the more I think this has nothing to do with a casino - and probably nothing to do with Canada.

It says it is redeemable for "merchandise." What casino does that?
It says "Incorporated." I don't know about all provinces, but most Canadian companies I have seen (primarily in Ontario) used "Limited"
The listing says 1979 - I question how many Canadian casinos were active in 1979 (an observation that is also true for U.S. casinos not located in Nevada)

I have checked http://tokencatalog.com/ and they do not have a listing, but I suspect this was for a store, not a restaurant and not a casino.
