Anthony Curtis' Las Vegas Advisor is on line; those of you non Las Vegites should subscribe. Each issue is well written with much good info. Here's a story on the El Rancho Time Share project.
The Aladdin has until tomorrow to make a $4 million payment on interest. Will they make it?
Hilton-Development of the old El Rancho Vegas property, vacant for the
past 41 years, is finally underway. Ground has been broken for a 33-story,
1,500-unit, Hanging Gardens of Babylon-themed timeshare project on 10 acres of
the 26-acre Strip site across from the Sahara. When completed, this timeshare
complex will be the Hilton’s third in Las Vegas, giving the company more than half
of the city’s timeshare units.
