I understand it's hard when you are new to the hobby. If you can't, explain why you are not giving a price and just ask for offers. A lot of people, however, do not want to guess what you will take, and will not make offers. This is often true for people who like what you are offering but also do not know much about its value. So, asking for offers is fine, and sometimes it's all you can do, but you will get better responses if you have a set price. It's ok to ask who really knows the area (Las Vegas chips, silver strikes, tokens) and ask them what you should ask.
I wish I could be more helpful, but I think you will have better results if you can figure out as many prices as you can. You may still get offers.
