Member and from what I can tell rarely ever sells chips.
They are from Beverly Hills CA. and seem to sell mostly makeup products.

I am sure I will see that plaque in a members collection though.

Sure wish EBay would do something to sellers that pull this crap.
It's one thing to pull the auction before it's ended, but once it's sold and payment made. ?????
