I see in the chip rack there is only one chip designated TCR N 4101 this is a 5 dollar chip with camel left. 6. Mustard 3 black

In James Campanella book there are two of these listed as different types with huge price differences.

The 8th generation red HCE 6 mustard 3 black is listed as a R1 8/15/25

The 7th generation red HCE 6 mustard 3 black is listed as R 7 450/600/900

My question are

1. What is the difference between the two
2. Why are there two different chips same denomination in his book and only one TCR listing
