Been both buying and selling on eBay I have never even once had negetive feedback with thousands
Of transactions.

Now I look at this sellers old feedback and it appears that he has done this several times before.

EBay seems to hide old feedback over a year old and they do nothing to discourage this type of behavior.

I should have known they were a bad seller but still a little pissed that eBay allows this to happen and sellers to wait so long before refunding money.
