There is also the $500 and $1,000 denominations of the 2004 Million Dollar Display Series. Both are very tough to get and probably out of my price range.

Those are the only 3 Chips I believe I am missing.

For non-chips, I think a MDD swizzle stick may or not have been made at one time.

There is also a MDD Security Patch I have a photo of, but would love to get the actual patch.
