I saw an earlier post regarding yellowing chips stored in sleeves

What is the difference if I store my chips in the 100 count plastic racks with a lid verses keeping them all in those plastic binders sleeves. Other then causing potential damage to chips in those tight little plastic compartments in pages.

Now this does not pertain for higher end chips which I have chose to store in the single capsules with the black or white rings.
