Joe and Rob were my guests at the Neon Museum when the photo was taken and I was the official volunteer docent tour guide - it was a fun day! Joe was like a sponge absorbing the history of the signage.

He has such a big smile at the food carving station -- the food must have been free!

Joe had a zest for life and took great pleasure in trivial pursuits. We will miss him and his antics.
