Have club members who are interested submit a photo they took of something Las Vegas or gaming related.

Have a person or committee judge them, and award the best one each year the Joe Pavlik Memorial Award..maybe mount the winning photo on a plaque with the winner's name inscribed on a brass nameplate.

Very inexpensive, and a nice honor to commemorate where Joe did his best work..
