Surprised they didn't have any sign up bonus for slot or table games, but really made up for it.
I was impressed when the casino managers were walking the floor and checking on their patrons. It made me feel like it was more of a personal experience. They didn't just come up to you and ask if everything was ok? They asked questions like.. where are you from? How do you like the Casino? Is there anything I can do for you? They seemed like they cared about something other than your money. (I am sure they care greatly about your money)
With their customer service ....I feel like this casino will continue to be successful and a local favorite. The ONLY downfall would be the distance. Some of the other Casinos would have easier access.
