In a case of "no good deed goes unpunished," I was re-appointed Secretary of the North Hollywood Northeast Neighborhood Council here in L.A. last night after the resignation of the group's former secretary. Didn't see that coming. So now David and I will both be Secretary, albeit of different organizations.
