Mr. Hertel, i am not justifying anything, i was just giving my reasons why i think Dalitz v Culotta is a flawed analogy.

Again, the message about Culotta was posted here, on this board, owned by David Spragg, that is independent of the CCGTCC.
If you do not want the public's opinion the solution is simple. Post all relevant CCGTCC news on the CCGTCC message board, not here.
