It was fun to do the research for all of the little historical tidbits that set the background for the article. Unfortunately, somewhere in the middle of the article (one of the later parts), my writing mojo just died . I think I was working on the 1940's when I found myself struggling for words...it was weird! I never did finish the article, and felt really bad for leaving Todd high and dry. Hopefully someday the mojo will return, and maybe I can finish the article...
