Today's Finds....

For Thursday and Friday. I was around the Santa Rosa/Petaluma California area the past 2 days. Picked up some chips from local shops and played a little at 101 and Graton.

got these chips from various antique shops.

Harrah's Del Rio Laughlin...I got from another dealer.

And my Graton stash...no rooster chips, but they have a rooster players card. Orange room key is boring!!

I saw the oversized chips on my way out. I thought they looked strange. I was thinking?? Is this guy going to play with $500( I first thought they were $500.00 chips because the size) chips on a 3 card poker table. After further inspection....I was like....Holy crap...those are NCV!!!
I asked the older Asian gent if I could buy them from him...he had 8. No....No...Lucky chips!! I said ok...I give you $7 each( in chips) No....No...they Lucky chips!! The dealer asked me to leave the guy alone...and the person next to him said something to him in his native language....he said OK.

That person said to me that he had $100 worth of those "Lucky Chips" last month and has gone through $60 at blackjack today and never won a hand with them....they aren't lucky!! And told him to sell me the remaining. So ....I got 5 of them. 😜
