Please note CCGTCC code of ethics #12 and then CCGTCC bylaws parts VI and VII. If this were applied to culotta he may be expelled from
the club. If he is not a member, he would be peremptorily barred from joining. Is the speaker at a CCGTCC event exempt from following the
CCGTCC's own bylaws and code of ethics?
