The "problem" is not with Atlantic City. It is with the NJ DIVISION OF GAMING ENFORCEMENT. It is state regulations issues that Straub is trying to circumvent. He needs to be licensed by the STATE even if he wants someone else to run the place. Has nothing to do with A.C. holding him up. Get the damn license Glenn!
