~~~ is that they are not using your name; which most folks do not realize since they drop down to the meat of the email...

I know for a fact that some of those toll-free phone numbers look exactly correct at first glance such as 1-888-000-0000 /1-800-000-0000...

I get these twice a week. Ignore them.
Real Paypal emails will have you name in the email
